Scottsdale Honeymoon – Any recs/tips?

My fiancé and I are getting married in March '24 and are planning a honeymoon for towards the end of April '24. We're leaning more on Scottsdale because of the following:

• The weather could still be cold where we live in Canada
• Not big on all-inclusives
• We're big golfers and figured that it would be a great way to work on our golf game before the season starts in Canada
• We're saving for a trip to Scotland for our 5 year wedding anniversary
• We want something more relaxing and stress free since both of our jobs can be really stressful (along with wedding planning)

Neither of us have ever been to Scottsdale or Arizona before (closest we've been is Vegas). We're planning on going for 5 nights, 6 days and are looking for any recommendations/tips!

We're also going back and forth as to whether we should stay in a hotel or in an AirBNB. The AirBNB route seems more bang for our buck (whole house, private pool, lower food costs) but doesn't feel "honeymoon" compared to staying in a hotel.
