Secrets Cap Cana or Sandals Negril (April 2023)

Hello! We have mostly narrowed down our options to Secrets Cap Cana and Sandals Negril and are looking for opinions one way or the other! We are interested in a nice beach for lounging and water activities (kayak, snorkeling, etc), nice pool areas, and good drinks. Good enough food to be interesting the whole trip but don’t need a wow factor there. Rooms not important to us. Cleanliness and overall upkeep is also important
