Seeking Destination Ideas for Late August ’23 Honeymoon

Hi there! My fiancé and I are looking at planning our honeymoon in late August of this year. While we have a few general ideas in mind (French Riviera, Spain, Greece, Caribbean), we're hoping this awesome community might be able to help suggest particular places that you've loved (or places to avoid at that time). We're overall looking for a 7-12 day trip that allows for us to relax at a nice hotel post-wedding chaos (i.e. beach lounging, spa treatments) and then explore and adventure around once we've regained some some brain power 🙂 We've written up some bullets below of other wants and needs if that's helpful. Any suggestions for towns, travel agents, hotels, etc?

• A relaxing, romantic, luxurious vibe
• Sandy beach(es) for swimming and lounging
• Good food (options ranging from low key to fine dining with options for meals sans dairy and meat – we're pescatarians)
• An area that would allow for exploring nearby towns (cafes, farmers markets, bookstores, etc)
• Don’t want a big city or a loud nightlife scene
• Nearby access to culture (museums, art, etc)
• A place that feels safe (hotel and nearby areas)
• Smaller hotel (would be nice to have an adults-only hotel but not a need)
• A view from the hotel room is a must (strong preference for an ocean view) – ideally a little patio or outdoor space from the room to have coffee, wine, etc.
• Very close beach access, ideally a beach at the hotel with chairs they can set up
• Hotel that’s walkable (or bike-able) to other things is preferred but would rather take a secluded hotel versus one in a very busy, touristy area
• English is spoken at many places and/or communicating is feasible (we speak basic Spanish, German, and a tiny bit of Italian/French)
