Sept HM: Panama then Galapagos?

Howdy!

The future Mrs. and I are finalizing our honeymoon plan for this September leaving from eastern US. Budget is somewhat flexible but less is always better.

Currently we are thinking of a direct flight to Panama to spend ~5 nights in a private bungalow then fly direct to Quito, Ecuador for a night or two before leaving for a 5 days Galapagos cruise then flight back home. Total of ~2 weeks. We would like some secluded/mild adventure romance at the beginning followed by a bit more adventure at the end.

How does that sound? Any suggestions on where to stay in Panama or which cruise line to check out in the Galapagos?
