Serenity at Coconut Bay vs Viceroy Sugar Beach

I feel closer to picking my honeymoon vacation but would still like to get the pros and cons about the resorts and people’s experiences. So I want a resort that has good food, nice amenities, not super far from the volcano, close to beach, nice treatment from staff, etc)

I took to Zoetry from the list since I read that i5 didn’t have beaches nearby and was very remote. I took off Royalton from my list since I read that it had bad food. As for Sandals, I read reviews that their food was just okay and that there were better resorts (Serenity and Viceroy) I took Ladera and Jade Mountain off because there is no Ac which is important to me and it seems to be too far from the beach. I took BodyHoliday off because that resort focuses on wellness and exercise and I’m much more interested in the relaxation and excursions with a lot of romantic activities for a honeymoon.

Is there a resort better than Serenity at Coconut bay or Viceroy Sugar Beach? Please let me know! Trying to book my honeymoon asap!
