Snowy, Winter Honeymoon Locations (US or Europe)

Hi all!

My fiancé and I have decided we’d love to go on a winter honeymoon (wedding date is November 2022). Are there any places that are guaranteed snow December-February in the US or Europe? We’re from the desert, so a romantic, cozy, snowy getaway is exactly what we’re looking for. We can afford a nice trip, but are definitely looking to spend less than $5,000 (not including airfare) since we are paying for the wedding and honeymoon on our own. Thanks in advance!
