South American Honeymoon

Hello! Looking into doing a 3 week honeymoon in South America – originally looking at Colombia and Peru, but open to exploring more/other options!

We want to spend a minimum of 3 nights in each stop and are ok mixing luxury & cheaper options, and adventure & relaxation time!

We'd love to go surfing if that's an option! I'd love beach time as well!

Any advice? Destinations? Activities suggestions?
