South France & Tuscany Italy spots

Hi there!

I'm hoping to travel to France and Italy next October for my honeymoon. Trying to find cute reasonably priced places to visit is incredibly overwhelming. Im hoping you guys might have some suggestions to visit. Im hoping to do either or or both – South France and Tuscany Italy. Im into castles, botany, cute small towns, lovely landscapes. Big cities are cool but not where I want to spend most of my time.
