South New Zealand vs Sydney+Tokyo

Hi just need an opinion which option you guys would pick.

South New Zealand: 2 weeks Sydney+Tokyo: 1 week each

Ofcourse most of you would ask it depends on what you are looking for. But just in general if you guys been to all this 3 places, which would you go for again.
