My fiancée and I are looking to honeymoon on the Mediterranean in May or September 2022. I’m interested in visiting the South of France (Eze, Marseille, Nice, etc) and either road trip or take trains for two weeks.
Has anyone been? I’m unsure of our budget yet. I know Southern France can be super expensive, and while we’re looking for nice accommodations, neither of us care much about 5 star hotels or Michelin restaurants! We’re really going for the culture, weather and excursions.
I’m open to other places as well, and I’ve toyed around with Montenegro, Australia/New Zealand, and Greece.
