Southeastern/Eastern US Honeymoon Suggestions – this coming December & January

We are open to anything from West Virginia, Virginia, NC, SC, or Georgia.

Fiancé has already seen the Biltmore mansion and I would like for us to see something new together. But, I am not sure what there is to see/do in these states during the winter time. We will be somewhere during the new year ringing in, however!
