St. Lucia Honeymoon Recommendation: Budget $8k

Hi everyone!!

My partner and I are planning our honeymoon for July 2026 right after our wedding, looking to leave July 21st and stay for 5 nights, and we’re really interested in St. Lucia. We’re hoping to find an all-inclusive, adults-only resort or package, and our budget is around $8,000 (for the two of us, ideally).

We would love any recommendations, tips, or warnings from folks who’ve been there (or are specialists). Some specific things we’re hoping to learn:

What we’d like the package to include: -Flights (from the U.S.) -Airport transfers -All meals, drinks, snacks -Rooms / suites (romantic / private / with a view) -Honeymoon perks (romance package, couples’ massage, etc.) -Access to resort amenities (pools, spa, watersports) -Adults-only or adult section for quiet / romantic feel

Questions: 1. Which adults-only all-inclusive resorts in St. Lucia would you recommend for a romantic honeymoon under $8k? 2. Do you recommend booking with a travel agent (honeymoon specialists), Costco/Expedia packages, or direct with the resort?  3. Any tips for getting honeymoon perks/room upgrades or must-do local activities (Pitons, Sulphur Springs, catamaran trip)? 4. Any warnings for traveling to St. Lucia in July (rain season concerns, blackout dates, etc.)?
