St Lucia Honeymoon

Hey! Me and my Fiancee are looking into booking our dream honeymoon to St Lucia for October 20-25 of this year. We are wanting to do an all inclusive resort, our budget (not including flights) is about $5000-$6000. We pretty much have it narrowed down to two options.

1) Hideaway at Royalton 2) Sandals Grande

We really love the rooms and what's included for the money more at Hideaway, however, there are mixed reviews about the place and it's the only thing really keeping my fiancee away. Does anyone have any insight into either/both of these resorts? Also, if anyone has any tips just in general for our honeymoon we should keep in mind, we would appreciate those as well! Thanks!
