For those of you who have been or frequent the island. Me and my future wife are planning our honey moon and I was wondering the best way to plan excursions? Obvious the best price/experience is the goal. Someone suggested using the VIATOR app to plan. It seems very convenient but wondering if you’re paying for that convenience.
I know when we go to Mexico we NEVER pay full price for excursions we always negotiate. It was like $250 per person to swim with the dolphins and we ended up both going for $125 total. Was wondering if it is similar here. Is it better to plan them ahead or book while there?
What things can or should we do on our own vs getting a guide/paying. Etc.
