St Lucia Mini Moon Advice?

Hi! My fiance and I are getting married in late June and thinking of doing a 5-6 day honeymoon/mini moon in St Lucia. We were thinking of doing 2-3 days in Sugar Beach and 2-3 days at either Ladera or Jade Mountain. We’d love any tips from those who have gone for best place to stay, best rooms at each hotel, itinerary, food packages vs. not, etc! Thanks in advance 🙂
