Suggestions for Caribbean honeymoon

My fiancé are planning our honeymoon for November or early December and we can’t decide where to go. Our budget is 6-10k. We would prefer AI so that we wouldn’t have to worry about money when we’re there, but would still like the option to try the local cuisine. We want a beautiful beach with crystal clear blue waters and white sand as well as a variety of excursions to choose from. My fiancé will get bored laying on a beach or by a pool all day. I want to be able to swim with dolphins and he wants the option to ride jet skis. We both want to try scuba diving and cliff jumping or zip lining. Any advice would be appreciated.
