We started working with a travel agency last month and they have been SO unresponsive. I’m starting to panic, when looking at hotels in Rome for June they are almost all booked. Super frustrated with our contact at the travel agency and not sure where to go from here. We are pretty set on June to spend some time with family who is also traveling then.
