Trying to not spend 7,000 dollars on a Honeymoon.

Long story short my wife and I want to plan our honeymoon for May 26th to June 2nd. She is convinced Sandals resort in St. Lucia is the best bang for our buck. Its expensive, but she thinks that it'll all be worth it and that we should put half down in cash and the rest on credit card.

Does anyone know if similar all inclusive resorts that don't cost a grand a night when factoring in Flights?

She is still open to different spots, but her number one "need" is its got to be hot and there needs to be a beach. I'd like to keep it under 5,000 for 7 nights if that is even possible.
