Tuscany & Southern Italy Honeymoon 2 weeks HELP!!

My fiancé and I will be getting married at the end of August 2024 and are starting to plan our honeymoon for the first two weeks of Sept 2024, thinking 9/1 – 9/15 or 9/16. We are from the US and are mainly interested in traveling to Italy. Our current idea is to travel to Tuscany and spend our first week there and then travel to Southern Italy and spend our remaining week near the water.

We would love some tips on travel routes, places to stay, sights to see, food and drink recs. We are huge foodies. We are looking for a laid back trip, hitting a spa, wineries, as well as some adventure days exploring new cities and areas. Any info or other ideas is greatly appreciated.

My fiancé has never travelled to Europe before. I did a trip to Italy about 5 years ago and visited Rome, Florence, & Venice.
