We got married in the Blue Ridge Mountains in May and have put off our honeymoon due to my husband's work schedule. We are wanting to do a mini-moon since we aren't ready to travel out of country due to Covid restrictions. We're wanting to go somewhere romantic with actual fall weather (we're from Texas). We love mountains/nature/hiking, good food, possibly a spa for relaxing, and exploring anything that makes an area unique. Neither of us have been to the northest, and we haven't been to Colorado or northern Utah. Amy suggestions for places to visit, itineraries, or romantic hotels to stay at?
