Vietnam Honeymoon 3/2025

Hi! We just got married 2 weeks ago and are planning our honeymoon. 🥳 We’ve changed our minds so many times BUT finally committed to a destination. 😆

We are planning on going to NORTH Vietnam in March 2025. Unless this is a bad time to go? Any tips on best time to visit would be greatly appreciated.

We would like to visit Hanoi, Sapa and Ha Long Bay. I know there is a cruise for Ha Long Bay and would like to do that I’m just not sure what companies are good? I saw on tiktok someone use Genesis? Any suggestions? Any other place in the Northern area that we can potentially see?

This is our “itinerary” not very specific but general idea haha

2 nights 3 days in Hanoi 3 nights 4 days in Ha Long Bay – I believe there is a 3 night cruise 2 nights 3 days in Sapa

We are thinking of 10-12 days? We would love to see all of Vietnam but because it’s such a big place we don’t want to rush and would like for us to take our time. We wanted to do outdoors/nature vibes so maybe the next time we come back we’ll explore the Southern Vietnam.
