Due to extenuating circumstances my fiancé and I have had to wait to book our honeymoon until now, and our wedding is May 18. Our budget is around 4k. The biggest problem is that I don’t have a passport! I’ve never been out of the country so I didn’t realize how passports can be so backed up and take long. I’m in college three hours away from my home state and haven’t had a day I can drive home to apply for it. That said, are there any good resorts in the Virgin Islands, in case I can’t get a passport in time? That are within our budget? Thanks!!
