Weather Costa Mujeres (mexico)

Hello,

I‘d like to know what‘s the best time to travel to costa mujeres? It‘s 30 minutes from cancun. And even though the internet said november-april is the best time to go I‘m scared it would rain there. The last few days it has been raining a lot in mexico cancun. We would like to go on april to the caribbean coast.
