Which of these Italian airports to fly into/out of for honeymoon cities?

We are planning home bases (from North to South) in Genoa, Rome, and Naples. I’m not sure of the best order for the trip (above or the reverse order of those cities).

Anyone have experience flying into or out of either Genoa or Naples? I’m not sure how to choose the city of arrival/departure aside from looking at times and prices when it gets closer, so am open to any other insight.
