Which to choose?

Planning honeymoon for May 2024. Initially wanted Italy/Greece however that will unfortunately be out of our budget for the type of Europe trip we would like to do. We are now looking at St. Lucia, Costa Rica, or Antigua but are definitely open to other options. Not interested in Bahamas, Mexico, or South American countries. Would prefer areas that offer beaches as well as jungle or other adventure-y options since we can't sit still for but so long on a beach! Would prefer all-inclusive, luxury-level resorts…… am a stickler for no Sandals resorts lol. We are not big drinkers but good food is a must. Looking at 7-10 days, budget $10-12k including flights. Give me your suggestions for locations we haven't considered or specific resorts you recommend!
