hello! I just got engaged recently, and we are looking at a little over a year of engagement. I am extremely eager and trying to pin down a honeymoon destination. my fiance and I are from the deep south, so we dont often have the opportunity to see snow or hike anywhere. we tend to mostly enjoy nature and hikes when we vacation, but we are certainly not pros at it. we don't particularly love the beach or sand. was wondering if anyone was in a similar boat and had any suggestions for a honeymoon spot in Mid-March?
we would love to do Yellowstone, but wouldnt be able to in Mid-March, as it may be too wintery for our experience and prove dangerous. also debating pushing our wedding back to early May just to open up options for honeymoons!! budget is flexbible-ish, but somewhat reasonable. mostly in the US is what we are looking for.
also want to add we have been to Zion/Bryce Canyon and a portion of the Grand Canyon and loved it!
would like to see first if anyone has suggestions! TIA 🙂
