Would it be better to travel to 4 cities in Europe and spend two nights in each one? Or pick two cities and spend more days in those two cities?

I’ve never traveling to Europe. I’m planning our honeymoon and so far we would spend 2 nights in London, 2 in Copenhagen, 2 in Amsterdam, and 2 nights in Barcelona.
