Honeymoon may 29 – june 9 torn between Caribbean, hawaii and tulum! $15K or less – help needed!

UPDATE: we’ve narrowed it down to St. Lucia and Antigua. Looking at splitting time between one of the fancy 5 star resorts and another, more affordable option. Our top three are Jade Mountain, Hermitage Bay and Jumby Bay. Thoughts? Suggestions? Anyone been to any of the above? How do we choose? Thanks for the awesome feedback so far !

My finance and I are running out of time to book our honeymoon. We looked at Bali and French Polynesia but want to stay closer to stateside. We don't like huge resorts (the Sandals and Iberostars of the world), want minimal kids, a mix of beach and activity (hiking, snorkeling, jet skis, etc.) and like to drink. I've looked at every Caribbean island and they all look great. How do I prioritize? Any recommendations or words of wisdom are greatly appreciated!
