Late May Florida Honeymoon Near Disney Suggestions?

Hi!

My fiance & I are looking into a beach front area that isn't far for a day trip to Disney/Orlando but isn't overrun with the spring breaker type of kids. Our budget isn't massive, but comfortable. We're definitely interested in excellent food.

I know very little of the area (in fact, I've never even been to Florida) & could use any ideas anyone has! Thanks!
