Ireland – Help with ideas?

Hi! My fiance and I are planning our honeymoon to Ireland in about a year – February 2020. We have some things we want to experience, but no solid plan or anything yet. We want to see the rolling hills, I'm interested in the Cliffs of Moher, and we're interested in experiencing the pubs for food, drink, and culture. We aren't really into hiking, but we want to see the landscape. Neither of us drive stick, but automatic is fine.

Do you have suggestions for more concrete plans? Favorite pubs, good lodging, cool cities?

We're looking at 4 days not including flights, possibly longer. We're from the USA and neither of us have done much travelling (all in the contiguous US), so any tips for travelling to a different country would be good too. I've gotten some information from r/travel's FAQ re: foreign SIM cards and when to book flights.

If this isn't the right sub for this, is there a sub better suited for it? Thank you!
